• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use our content for training AI models or machine learning systems without authorization
• Republish our original content without proper attribution and written permission
• Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Submit spam, malware, or malicious links
• Submit content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Submit content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or harassing

Hypertools contains links to third-party websites and AI tools. These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not:

• Endorse, warrant, or guarantee any third-party sites or their content
• Assume responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or content of third-party sites
• Accept liability for any damages resulting from your use of third-party sites or tools

You access and use all third-party tools entirely at your own risk and should conduct your own due diligence before using any listed tools.

Tool submissions are handled through external forms and are not published instantly. All submissions are reviewed by our team before publication and are subject to our quality standards. We reserve the right to edit, modify, reject, or remove any submitted content at our discretion.

By submitting content, you grant Hypertools a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your submitted content.

Our newsletter is entirely opt-in. We do not automatically subscribe users. You will only receive our newsletter if you explicitly provide your email address and confirm your subscription.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JOSEPH CHANDLER, HYPERTOOLS, AND OUR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, including lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time. We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Material changes will be effective 30 days after posting. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services immediately ceases. Fees paid for premium submissions are non-refundable.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us at hello@hypertools.so to attempt informal resolution. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year after it arose, or it shall be forever barred.
